Woah...nice find! That's loads bigger than I thought it was....didn't know it was Kat Von D either...famewhores 
It is a photo from Kat Von D's new book. Remember this is just the marker pen sketch of the tattoo - you can see some of the finished black ink tattoo in the photo after this one!

Then he got the new tattoo last year of the roses - this is just the sketched outline by Kat before she started the actual tattooing. You can still see the frog in the sketch photo under the pen marks!
